The sandblasting process uses the force of compressed air to spray abrasive ceramic sand and iron sand on the surface of the metal, which needs to be treated to make certain changes in the metal surface.

Sandblasting (sandblasting) is a method of pushing an abrasive to accelerate its impact on an object's surface, using a fluid (usually air) or centrifugal wheel. Common terms sandblasting include shot blasting and sandblasting.

Liquid sandblasting process

Hydraulic jet, commonly known as water jet, wet sandblasting, is commonly used because it usually requires only one operator. In the sandblasting, the hydraulic injection of the sandblasting machine uses high-pressure water to remove damage to the original old paint, chemical substances or deposits. This method is suitable for internal and external surface cleaning because operators can often send it to places where it is difficult to reach the required flow by other means. Another benefit of hydroblasting is the ability to recover and reuse water, reducing waste and environmental impact. Sand blasting machine processing equipment

Micro sand blasting process

Microsandblasting is a dry sandblasting process with small nozzles (typically 0.25 mm to 1.5 mm in diameter) that provide and fine abrasive flow. Generally speaking, the sandblasting area is about 1 to 2 mm, at most only a few square centimeters. Pencil sandblasting machine, sandblasting machine spray gun also provides enough fine abrasive jet, abrasive medium particle size of about 10 microns to 150 microns.

The most common microabrasive injection systems are commercial benchtop units and mixers that include a power supply, exhaust hood, nozzle, and air supply. The nozzles can be operated automatically by hand or fixed. Nozzles or components can be detachable for automatic operation.

Sandblasting surface treatment is the use of high pressure sandblasting particles to destroy the surface of the object. It is used to clean calcium deposits on pool tiles or other surfaces and to remove embedded and illuminated colors. Can also be used for body paint removal work.

Airless sandblasting process

The impeller throws sand, and the wheel uses the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation to push the abrasive forward against the object. Since no propellant (gas or liquid) is used, it is usually classified as a closed blasting operation. Turbomachinery is a high-power, high-rate sandblasting operation that uses recycled abrasives (usually steel or stainless steel rods, cut into similarly sized wire, grit, or particles). Professional shot blasting machines push plastic abrasives in a low greenhouse, often used for deburring plastic and rubber parts. The size, number and power of the grinding wheel of a shot blasting machine vary depending on the part being machined and the desired effect and efficiency.

Frozen sand blasting (sand blasting machine) process

When air is used at the same time with dry ice or liquid nitrogen, the physical properties of the material can be changed instantaneously at low temperatures to achieve the effect that cannot be achieved in the conventional state, so that the original properties of the product can be maintained. It will not be damaged after cleaning.
