Micro sand blasting process
Microsandblasting is a dry sandblasting process with small nozzles (typically 0.25 mm to 1.5 mm in diameter) that provide and fine abrasive flow. Generally speaking, the sandblasting area is about 1 to 2 mm, at most only a few square centimeters. Pencil sandblasting machine, sandblasting machine spray gun also provides enough fine abrasive jet, abrasive medium particle size of about 10 microns to 150 microns.
The most common microabrasive injection systems are commercial benchtop units and mixers that include a power supply, exhaust hood, nozzle, and air supply. The nozzles can be operated automatically by hand or fixed. Nozzles or components can be detachable for automatic operation.
Dry sand blasting machine process flow

Frozen sand blasting (sand blasting machine) process
When air is used at the same time with dry ice or liquid nitrogen, the physical properties of the material can be changed instantaneously at low temperatures to achieve the effect that cannot be achieved in the conventional state, so that the original properties of the product can be maintained.
